Some time ago my sister-in-law and I decided to get a bit crafty and make something in our spare time for a bit of fun. This wall hanging was the outcome.

It is basically a framed 3D collage containing objects which are stuck onto a paint washed cardboard before being framed.

The first collage that I made (as shown in the illustration) is designed for a young girl and has paint brushes, dolls clothes, alphabet letters, a teddy bear, feathers, plates, hop scotch and lots of buttons included. It also has some popular sayings written around some of the objects.

I have since made a second collage which I made as a gift for my Niece (Grace).

Im always looking for new craft ideas, although Im often a bit short on the time needed to implement them! Still, I have a few ideas so watch this space!
